Let it hit BE. Could’ve picked up 0.5R, but I had FOMO of getting out of a good trade that could end up full green.
Need to work on this side because it’s starting to cost me too much.
Green on the day from the London session.
Short #NQ on #FOMC day.
I went counter‑trend targeting the Overnight VWAP, but NQ held stronger while ES actually made the move.
I had a chance to get out, didn’t take it, and ended up with a full loss.
I'm ending the day RED with -1.5R

I know I’m not the only one who takes a loss and wants to instant come back in Asia sessions and get it back.
Last night, I didn’t do that.
I would have won, my idea played out.
But I’m going to stick to my discipline of where I know my money is.

NQ short following London bias.
Rejecting the previous day's low.
Loss took away this morning profits and some since i was low size during the last trade.
This morning (London), I switched to NQ, it was a lot clearer than ES.
So I took a short after the Double Break oportunity.
I liked the DB setup, but ES didn’t give one to the downside.
That ended up being my only trade during the London session.
Today's long on NQ over NY VWAP. Another wait through a painful drawdown but worked out.
