Let some profits be on the table, because I'm struggling to get out fast when momentum slows.

Still a nice green day with good read on the market overall.

We just had 4 double breaks during LONDON on DAX, ES, NQ, and YM, all winners, and into the downside.

✅ I got the MES one into the second leg since the first entry wasn't good.

Today I let emotions play a part in my trading.

Watching ES & NQ melting got me biased.

Even putting a low size on my trade, I had reasons to avoid the break and retest and favor the double break instead.

Was able to recover and end up BE, but at what cost?

It's Monday 1 good trade is perfect. No need to look for more.

Let it hit BE. Could’ve picked up 0.5R, but I had FOMO of getting out of a good trade that could end up full green.

Need to work on this side because it’s starting to cost me too much.

Green on the day from the London session.

Short #NQ on #FOMC day.

I went counter‑trend targeting the Overnight VWAP, but NQ held stronger while ES actually made the move.

I had a chance to get out, didn’t take it, and ended up with a full loss.

I'm ending the day RED with -1.5R

NQ short following London bias.

Rejecting the previous day's low.

Loss took away this morning profits and some since i was low size during the last trade.

This morning (London), I switched to NQ, it was a lot clearer than ES.

So I took a short after the Double Break oportunity.

I liked the DB setup, but ES didn’t give one to the downside.

That ended up being my only trade during the London session.

1 trade into the afternoon and I’m done.

Not my greatest day... I’m letting emotions kick in too often.

I’m ending the session earlier and enjoying the weekend.
